To guide Huai’an in the application for UCCN City of Gastronomy, Dag Hartman, coordinator of the Gastronomy Group of the Creative Cities Network of UNESCO, visited Huai’an from April 4 to 5. Dag Hartman visited Jiangsu Food and Pharmaceutical Science College, Huaiyang Cuisine Museum, Hexia Ancient Town. He watched the traditional cooking skills of Huaiyang cuisine, such as Qingong meat balls.
